Help test PayOak's products and catch issues before they reach users Role Overview As a QA Intern, you will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify bugs, test new features, and help ensure a smooth and reliable user experience. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance within a fast-paced startup environment. You will contribute to the quality of PayOak's products while learning industry-standard testing and quality assurance practices. • Be 30 years old or younger • Have graduated from a tertiary institution in 2022 or later • Have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme • Be available to participate in the full 12-month internship programme • Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA processes • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms is an advantage • Basic understanding of web and mobile applications • Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment • Knowledge of test case creation and bug reporting practices (Nice to Have) • Exposure to APIs and basic technical concepts (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with automation testing tools is an added advantage (Nice to Have)
