As a Digital Marketing & Email Marketing Intern, you will support PayOak's marketing efforts by helping create, distribute, and optimize campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a fast-growing fintech startup. You will work closely with the Growth team, learning how marketing campaigns drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention while contributing to initiatives that increase brand awareness and business growth. • Be 30 years old or younger • Have graduated from a tertiary institution in 2022 or later • Have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme • Be available to participate in the full 12-month internship programme • Strong written communication skills • Interest in digital marketing, email marketing, fintech, or startups • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
