As a Customer Support & User Success Intern, you will help deliver exceptional experiences to PayOak users by supporting customer inquiries, onboarding new users, and contributing to user education initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in customer experience, fintech operations, and user success. You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams, gaining hands-on exposure to how support functions within a fast-growing fintech startup.

Requirements
• Be 30 years old or younger
• Have graduated from a tertiary institution in 2022 or later
• Have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
• Be available to participate in the full 12-month internship programme
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly
• Comfortable using digital communication and productivity tools
• Interest in fintech, customer experience, or startup operations
