About the role The Mobile App Developer builds and maintains Android and/or iOS applications used for lending operations. The role ensures mobile applications are secure, performant, and user-friendly. This position supports mobile adoption and digital access to lending services, enabling growth across markets. Responsibilities and competencies • Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS • Integrate apps with backend systems and APIs • Monitor and improve app performance and security • Debug issues and release updates • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams • Mobile application development • Troubleshooting and debugging • User-focused design and implementation • Release and version control management

• Minimum of 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technology field, or equivalent education in mobile app development • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing Android and/or iOS applications • Knowledge of mobile frameworks, SDKs, and APIs • Understanding of mobile security best practices • Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
